Account help

Describe what you were trying to do and what happened. Include the page or action involved. You can manage sessions, download account information or delete your account in Account.

Trip Pass and payment help

If you paid but have no pass within a day, contact us with the order or payment reference rather than paying again. For payment or pass-access problems, include the order or payment reference and a short description. Do not send full card numbers, bank details, passwords or identity documents. Read the pass terms and cancellation and refund information. For a purchase through Dodo Payments, its receipt and checkout also provide buyer-support information.

Corrections and source removal

Include the original source URL or source ID, the specific concern and the correction or action you request. Share only information needed to explain the issue. People with permission to manage an imported source can revoke its permission or remove an observation in Imports.

Removing a source prevents its use; retained history and recovery records follow the privacy notice. A source concern does not require access to another person’s account.
